Compensation: $25-28.00/hr (DOE) + 10% shift differential once on swing shift

What You’ll Do
As a CNC Lathe Operator, you’ll operate, and maintain CNC lathes to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. You’ll work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to keep jobs running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and setup sheets
  • Run production parts and monitor machine performance
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges
  • Troubleshoot tool wear, surface finish issues, and dimensional deviations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and production records
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and keep your work area clean
  • Collaborate with engineers, leads, and machinists to solve problems
What You Bring
  • Experience operating Haas CNC lathes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
  • Strong understanding of tooling, speeds/feeds, and machining best practices
  • Proficiency with precision measurement tools
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and communicate effectively in English
Work Environment
  • Hands‑on, fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Production of sanitary stainless‑steel equipment
  • PPE required (safety shoes, eye protection, etc.)

Physical Requirements
  • Standing/walking for 8–10 hours per shift
  • Lifting/moving 35–50 lbs regularly
  • Repetitive hand/arm motions and manual dexterity
  • Ability to bend, kneel, or crouch for machine access
  • Good close vision and depth perception
  • Tolerance for industrial environments (noise, coolants, metal chips, temperature changes)
  • Ability to wear required PPE
